What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer returns?

We do not offer returns, however, if a book is severely damaged upon receipt, please contact us and we will replace the book.

May I send a gift?

Yes, please mark your item as a gift and include a note for the receiver. We won't include the packing slip and will add a personal note from you.

A book I'd like to order is currently out of stock on your website, can I get it somewhere else?

Most likely yes. We fulfill our website orders from a small warehouse in Montana, and while we try to keep plenty of inventory on hand, we’re sometimes caught short. If we’re temporarily out of stock, try your local bookstore. If they don’t have it, they can order it from book distributors such as NBN or Ingram. You also may order our books from other websites such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

Can I order a book ahead of its release date?

Yes, simply contact us and we will send you an invoice and will process your order as soon as the book arrives.

Can I be notified when a book becomes available?

Yes, please contact us with your request and we will contact you.

May I request a catalog?

Yes, please contact us to request a catalog. Please provide us with your name, business, and address.
